About Me/ Company

Hi my name is Kate Tyson, I have always been involved with animals in some way shape or form. I am Completely Canine - for me life is all about dogs, walking, training, loving, everything.
This is a brave new venture for me and I am building a small personalised service where the clients come first. I currently provide dog walking, doggy daycare and puppy socialisation as my specialty. I can also offer basic advice and information about dog training once I know clients and their dogs.
I cover areas of West Kent - specifically Hildenborough, Leigh, Penshurst,
Tonbridge - areas further afield will be considered.

Previous Experience

I have been around dogs my entire life Nd have been training competitively in first obedience and then agility for the last ten years. I have raised three of my own dogs from puppies and have supported numerous puppy classes over the years making me a brilliant puppy trainer and socialiser - yes there is a difference between training and socialising, give me an email and we can chat about the difference and what this could mean for your puppy.
I have regularly walked and cared for other people's dogs (references on request) to the same standard of care that my dogs receive, I give the dogs in my care 110% of my effort and attention. Dogs are walked individually before I consider group or paired walking to ensure that dogs personalities are suitable for optimal walking. I have experience of all breeds and will be able to meet any special requirements.

Qualifications & Training

My background is in primary school teaching and I am currently working towards my Professional Canine Instructor Advanced Certificate with The Cambridge Institute of Dog Behaviour - within the next year I will be a verified Dog Trainer and will continue on to develop my knowledge and skills to become a qualified canine behaviourist.
I am fully insured and have a current clear DBS check.

Relevant Info

I currently have two dogs who walk with newbies to help them settle.
We are anticipating our newest puppy in the new year who will go on to train competitively for agility with the others.
I live with my partner in Hildenborough and really love dogs so look forwards to hearing from any new potential clients about their dogs!
