About Me/ Company
My husband Steve and I (Leanne) arrived in Reading in January after moving from Australia with our 2 yrs old son & our beloved two dogs and cat to be closer to family. We are both self employed and work from home. We both work from home and decided to start up a business which involves our great passion in life - working with animals so we decided to start up a dog walking business to offer the local community a caring, reliable & trustworthy service by providing a enjoyable, stimulating and sociable experience for the dogs in your life.
Previous Experience
In my 40 years I have lived, loved and cared for dogs from Labradors, German Shepherd, West Highland Terriers, Bishon's, Pugs and currently have our beloved dogs Chicko the Maltese & Phoebe the Foxie Terriers.
I have previously had work experience as vet nurse in Australia and volunteered my services in Sydney working for a company called WIRES - Wildlife Injury Rescue Emergency Service which involved rescuing native wildlife, caring for them and rehabilitating them back into the wild.
My husband and I have a lifelong love for animals and a drive to learn more to improve their general living standards. We are both caring, trustworthy individuals that would ensure your animals safety & well being takes high priority at all times during our care.
Qualifications & Training
35 years of living with, caring for and training my own dogs at obedience training.

DOG WALKING & DOG SERVICES:
Our dog walks are designed specifically to your dog's needs. We keep our groups to a comfortable size ensuring comfort for all our members. All dogs who like social outings are matched carefully ensuring maximum comfort and fun allowing each member to reach their full potential. We have groups specific to small dogs and for big dogs because we understand they have different needs. We use only safe parks and dogs are permitted off lead only if it's safe and legal to do so.
Dog walking can also help older dogs to keep mobile with gentle walks being good for circulation, muscle tone and general wellbeing. Many undesirable behaviours are linked to dogs not getting enough exercise, mental stimulation and guidance.
Other Services
Our dog walking services - £10 per dog for 1 hr or £15 for two dogs from the same household:
Dog Walking - Groups
> Carefully matched dogs
> No large groups
> Manners and good behaviours are monitored and maintained on all walks
> Regular updates so you know how your dog is going.
Dog Walking - Walks for our mature doggies
If your dog would prefer a 30 minute stroll in the woods or in the park at a nice leisurely pace, perhaps having a little rest in the shade before wandering over for a nice refreshing drink and then enjoying a relaxing drive home - these walks are perfect for your dog.
All dogs are welcome in our small groups and must have:
* basic level of obedience
* very good recall and manners
* enjoy the company of other dogs
Dog Walking - Solo
Some dogs couldn't think of anything worse than being in a group with other dogs so we offer solo walks. Also great for dogs who would benefit from another close human relationship.
